What does the £29.99 service include?
A hardware health check, battery and storage health check, virus and malware check, startup clean-up and junk removal, system updates, an external clean of vents, keyboard and screen, and a written report with honest advice.
What is not included?
Parts and repairs such as screens, batteries, SSD upgrades, data recovery or a full system reinstall are not included. If you need any of these we quote first, and nothing is done without your approval.
Do you service Macs as well as Windows computers?
Yes. The service covers Windows laptops and desktop PCs, MacBooks and iMacs.
How long does it take?
It is often ready the same day, depending on how busy we are and how many updates the computer needs. Call before you come in for the current turnaround.
Will my files be deleted?
No. The service does not delete your personal files. We still recommend backing up anything important before any work on a computer.
