PC Helper terms of sale
Version 1.0 · 10 October 2026
1. Who you are buying from
AiActions Ltd, 176B Church Road, London, NW10 9NP. Email info@isact.eu, phone 0208 459 6264.
2. What you get
Free: the AiActions PC Helper app, its health check, health report and advice, any time, plus one free fix session lasting 24 hours on each computer.
PC Helper Unlimited: an unlock code that lets you use all of the app’s fixes on one Windows 10 or 11 computer for 12 months from the date the code is issued. Price: £9.99, paid once. It does not renew automatically and we will not charge you again unless you place a new order.
3. How the order works
You place an order on our website with the PC code shown in the app, then pay by card through Square. The contract is made when we email you your unlock code. We aim to send it the same day during opening hours, and no later than 2 working days after payment. If we cannot supply a code, we will refund you in full.
4. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of paying. However, the unlock code is digital content: by ticking the box when you order, you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once we have sent you the code. If you cancel before we send the code, we refund you in full within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
5. If something goes wrong
The app must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, tell us and we will try to fix it or replace the code; if we cannot, you may be entitled to some or all of your money back. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Citizens Advice can tell you more: citizensadvice.org.uk.
6. Using the software
Use of the app is covered by the PC Helper licence (EULA). In short: one computer per code; do not share, resell or publish unlock codes; keep your own backups of important files. The app only makes changes you approve and never deletes your personal documents, but no software can rule out every problem.
7. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. If defective digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for business losses — the app is sold for personal and household use.
8. Personal information
See our privacy policy. The app itself does not send your data to us.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Please contact us first so we can sort out any problem; you may also bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
